Photo Booth Schedule
Please remember the following before deciding on your times. Pie in the Sky offer packages that are designed around an hourly based system. If you decide on the day to extend the times, and additional fee of R1000.00 per hour will apply. This will be billed for separately.
Setup Times & Requirements
Pie in the Sky needs 1 hour prior to the start of the Open & Green Screen Photo Booths for setup.
For the Closed Photo Booth, we require 2 hours of setup time prior to the start.
Please provide us with a power source close to the area where you are planning to have your photo booth. We do have power leads but can’t run power further than 15 meters away.
If you are having your Photo Booth outside, please be aware that this would only be possible if the weather permits. Strong winds and rain will damage our equipment.
• If you have selected the Closed Photo Booth, please ensure a space of at least 2 meters by 2 meters.
• If you have selected the Open Photo Booth, please ensure a space of at least 4 meters by 4 meters.
• If you have selected the Green Screen Photo Booth, please ensure a space of at least 4 meters by 4 meters.
DJ, LIGHTS AND SOUND
There are three DJ & Sound packages to choose from, if you would like a more tailor-made package, please feel free to contact us.
We offer music request & free consultation. We bring backup equipment on the day in case of emergency. We require 30% working deposit and signed contract to secure your booking. Please note that travelling is not included in the price.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that Terms & Conditions apply to all services rendered by Pie inthe Sky Multimedia.
* Payment: The client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total amount payable. Payment of the deposit secures the services of Pie in the Sky Multimedia on predetermined date. A signed contract (memorandum of agreement) must accompany the deposit.
*A standard fixed charge of R250.00 is payable for consumables and insurance of equipment.
* Travelling cost will be for your expense, charged at R4.00 per kilometre from our Head Quarters in Bellville Tygervalley.
* MUSICAL SELECTION FOR VIDEO. Please provide us with a disc containing the selection of music that you would like edited onto your video material. Please ensure that we receive this selection on or before the day of your event. Please submit this to us manually or via a file sharing service such as Dropbox the songs to us. Please supply at least 10 tracks.
*Additional hours: Should you wish to make use of our services for a longer time than stipulated in our packages, please arrange it accordingly. This will be an additional charge to your account. (R1500/h)
*Clients agree to provide a seated meal and refreshments for all Pie in the Sky staff.
*Delivery: Pie in the Sky agrees to deliver the completed work, as agreed in the selected package and contract, no later than 12 weeks after the date that the service was rendered. This is on condition that the client has supplied all supplementary material requested and made the required payment in full.
